This Debenture is open for investment by individuals, corporate entities, pension funds and trusts.

The Debenture interest rate will be determined on the date of the actual investment and will be fixed for the term of the Debenture.  

The interest will be paid monthly with the capital being paid to an Ordinary Deposit Account at the end of the five year term.

Potential investors should note the following:

• Existing customers: Must provide documentary evidence of the source of the funds being invested. Cheques being deposited must originate from the investor's bank account and be made payable to the Gibraltar Savings Bank.
• Potential customers: A Client Information Form is required per applicant.  Clients must provide proof of identity (certified true copies of the original identity card or principal passport pages), proof of address and documentary evidence of the source of the funds being invested. Cheques being deposited must originate from the investor's bank account and be made payable to the Gibraltar Savings Bank.

We offer a Nomination Service which is available to be completed by the investor.  This document facilitates the proceedings in the event of the investor passing away.  All nominees must be eighteen years or over.  All nominations are subject to the terms and conditions printed in the Nomination Form. Copies of ID Cards or Passports of nominees are required. This form is to be printed double sided.
